Tom Pecarski, a second-generation Real Estate agent has had a vast amount of experience in the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas from a young age. Tom has been surrounded by Real Estate growing up with all members of his immediate family being involved in the business. As a former sales representative in the automotive industry, Tom was continuously promoted because of his desire to provide the best customer service to his clients, which includes attention to detail, timeliness and ensuring that the client is able to get the best deal possible. Tom has a background in new home construction and existing home renovations, which allows him to understand what are the important items to consider and look for when purchasing and selling a home. Having resided in the Waterloo Region for the past 10 years, Tom’s experience has taken him from Kitchener / Waterloo to Guelph as well as Cambridge giving him experience in each separate market and a better understanding of how each community works and thrives. Tom’s passion for the business, along with his previous experiences has allowed him to provide knowledgeable and quality service to all of his clients.
