Hi, I am Tracy McGrath, an experienced real estate broker and office manager with the Agent Gordon Team. As the office manager, I am responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in the office and providing support to clients and our team of agents. With over 18 years of experience in the industry and as a long-time resident of the Waterloo Region, I have a deep understanding of the local real estate market and community. I pride myself on excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. I am highly organized and efficient and enjoy working with our clients and team to achieve our common goals.

In my spare time, I can often be found cheering on my son at the hockey rink, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active through outdoor activities such as hiking with my dog, Chewy.
